The Social Medicine Team will contact you and make an appointment to examine your child. The doctors of the Social Medicine Team will determine the need for support.

We can gladly submit the application together. At a first meeting, I will bring the application form with me and answer initial questions about the process of early intervention.

For this application, please send all existing reports (from doctors, SPZ (social pediatric center), speech therapy, occupational therapy and kindergarten), the entire examination booklet (U-Heft) and the international certifisates of vaccination as a copy of your child also to the above address.

Then you can make an appointment with me so that the session can begin.
